Home Renovation & Remodeling

Comprehensive Services

Although renovations and remodeling are often used interchangeably, they involve very different building processes. As your general contractor, Richardson GC specializes in all facets of the outcome you wish to achieve. Renovations and remodeling involve physical changes to a property, but costs vary due to the time, materials, and construction expertise needed for each project.

a more cost-effective way to rejuvenate your home

Renovation typically involves bringing new life to an existing room, like repainting cabinets or replacing fixtures and hardware. You can update some outdated items but keep the physical layout of your home or specific room that needs refreshing. In residential renovations, a kitchen and a bedroom remain a bedroom.

when design and physical structure changes occur

Remodeling becomes your desired choice when you want more than what some renovations could achieve. Consider tearing out a wall to expand a bathroom or reconfigure a kitchen to relocate the position and functionality of the cabinets and appliances. Remodeling can often involve significant structural changes.Β
